All our plugins are our intellectual property. The plugins may not be copied, modified or redistributed without our consent. Only the design may be adapted to your website. Furthermore, the removal of our copyright notice is strictly prohibited. The copyright must remain clearly visible. The removal of the copyright is only permitted under the condition of a purchased copyright removal. You can purchase this from us on the website.

RiekMedia Development accepts no liability whatsoever if one of our plugins is used. In order to keep the plugin up to date, updates must be installed occasionally, which can lead to minimal disruptions.

The successful purchase / download of one of our plugins entitles the user to install the plugin on a system (under a domain). 

In the event of a breach of the license conditions, RiekMedia Development reserves the right to block the license and prohibit the use of our plugins. We also reserve the right to take further legal action.
